2024 SPONSOR APPLICATION

Join us for the 2nd annual Decatur International Festival! The local business community has teamed up to put on the International Festival scheduled for March 23, 2024. 

 

Your support will help to provide a festival featuring booths representing countries around the world and special performances along the Decatur square. We hope to bring the community together and represent the diverse community in Decatur, while showing appreciation for each other.

We have varying levels of sponsorship available and we would appreciate you being a part of bringing this to City of Decatur. The levels of sponsorship are listed below.

$25,000 Title Sponsorship: (1 maximum)

• Festival Naming Rights: Decatur International Festival sponsored by “your company name”

• Exclusive company branding with International Festival logo on all material

• Inclusion in all publicity efforts related to the festival such as the event program, website, mailers, posters, advertisements, etc.

• Preeminent event signage

• Company name/logo listed on website, social media, stage as presenting sponsor

• Full-page color ad in the Festival Program (Advertisement must be sent in by January 31)

• Your business logo on promo items, to include banner, posters, and passports (sponsorship payment must be in by January 31st)

• Logo and active link on the Festival web page 

• Mentions from the stage throughout the festival

• 10x10 space to set up tent at the event (more space is available if needed)

$10,000 Platinum Sponsorship: (2 maximum)

• Inclusion in all publicity efforts related to the festival such as the event program, website, mailers, posters, advertisements, etc.

• Preeminent event signage

• Company name/logo listed on website, social media, stage as presenting sponsor

• Promote company on stage at event

• Full-page color ad in the Festival Program (Advertisement must be sent in by January 31)

• Your business logo on promo items, to include banner, posters, and passports (sponsorship payment must be in by January 31st)

• Logo in Festival media ads

$5,000 Diamond Sponsorship:

• Company name/logo listed on website, social media, stage as presenting sponsor

• Promote company on stage at event

• Your business logo on promo items, to include banner, posters, and passports (sponsorship payment must be in by January 31st)

• Festival Logo and active link on the Festival web page 

• Logo in Festival media ads

$2,500 Gold Sponsorship:

• Promote company on stage at event

• Full-page black and white ad in the Festival Program (Advertisement must be sent in by January 31)

• Your business logo on promo items, to include banner, posters, and passports (sponsorship payment must be in by January 31st)

• Logo and active link on the Festival web page 

• Logo in Festival media ads

• 10x10 space to set up tent at the event

$1,000 Silver Sponsorship:

• 1/2 page black and white ad in the Festival Program (Advertisement must be sent in by January 31)

• Your business logo on the promo items, which will be banner, posters, and passports  (sponsorship payment must be in by January 31st)

• Logo featured on Festival signage 

• Logo with active link on the Festival web page 

• 10x10 space to set up tent at the event

$500 Bronze Sponsorship:

• Your business logo on the promo items, which will be banner, posters, and passports  (sponsorship payment must be in by January 31st)

• Black and white logo in the Festival Program (logo must be sent in by January 31)

• Festival web page link to website
