2024 VENDOR APPLICATION 

The Decatur International Festival is a celebration of our local businesses, traditional food, and music from around the world. We invite everyone to come listen, eat, drink and play on March 23, 2024 from 1pm - 9pm in Decatur Square.

Please complete this form to secure your booth space. Applications will not be accepted after January 31, 2024. If accepted, payment will be required immediately. Upon acceptance a representative will contact you to arrange payment.

Booth Set Up: A 10x10 WEIGHTED tent is required for all vendors. Please be sure to indicate below if you are bringing your own tent. If not, they are available to rent for $200. Tables and chairs will not be provided so please plan accordingly.

Hours of Operation: Vendors MUST be open from 1:00pm - 9:00pm.

Vendor Fees: Vendors in City of Decatur - $300 / Vendors outside of City of Decatur - $300

Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance. Payment will be due immediately upon acceptance as a vendor for the festival.

 

Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds will  NOT be issued for vendor no-shows.

 

Power and water access will be available but limited, if needed. Please indicate below if you will need power.

 

We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction. at the vendor coordinator's discretion. Vendor location may be moved, prior to set up, for any reason.
